In the clip below (of a patient with intermittent RUQ abdominal pain), the gallbladder is visualized in its long axis.
Multiple stones are identified, but there is no evidence of wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid. Note that CBD assessment is limited to the proximal CBD and thus this assessment can not rule out choledocolithiasis.
