Supersonic plans for 2016

Clinician Performed Ultrasound continues to grow at the University of Saskatchewan! With pre-clerkship and clerkship programming reaching full swing, research projects abound (in Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Rural Primary Care) and several courses slated for Spring/2016 – there are lots of opportunities for trainees and clinicians to get involved in Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) at USask.

What-more, plans are underway to develop a clerkship POCUS Elective as well as a POCUS Fellowship in acute and critical care POCUS.

Watch the Sasksonic calendar for important dates including upcoming: SKanapalouza Feb 24th, Emergency Department Targeted Ultrasound (EDTU) in Regina (May 2016), and Echo Guided Life Support (EGLS) in Saskatoon (April, 2016).
